We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, you’re welcome to return your product within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging (when possible).
• You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to assess its function or appearance.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is at your own expense unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for the product during return transport. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 28 days.
• The refund includes the product cost and standard shipping, but not any additional express shipping fees.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase unless agreed otherwise.

• Custom-made or clearly personalized items are not eligible for return.
