Returns and refunds
This policy applies to consumers. It does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Electronic withdrawal function
If you have an applicable statutory right of withdrawal, you can use our electronic withdrawal function through Customer Accounts. Sign in, open the relevant order, select the item(s), and submit your withdrawal or return request. Shopify sends a confirmation email after your request is submitted. You may instead notify us by email or through our contact form, or use the model withdrawal form below. Statutory exceptions and the digital-content rules in this policy remain unchanged.
Right of withdrawal for physical goods
You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. Email info@oblankworks.com or use our contact form. Include a clear statement that you wish to withdraw and your order number.
After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. Contact us before sending the return so we can provide return instructions. You pay the direct return shipping cost unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, or we agree otherwise.
Condition of returned goods
You may examine the goods as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. Please use the original packaging where reasonably possible; missing packaging does not by itself remove your right of withdrawal.
Refunds
We will refund the payments covered by the withdrawal, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without additional fees. Extra delivery costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded.
Exceptions
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- For digital content, the right of withdrawal ends once downloading or access begins only if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery, acknowledged that this would end your right of withdrawal, and received confirmation of that agreement and acknowledgement.
Faulty or incorrect products
If a physical or digital product is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact info@oblankworks.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. We will provide the remedy and cover necessary return costs where required by law.
