Physical products
We currently ship physical products from Sweden to addresses in Sweden and the European Union.
Shipping rates
Sweden
- Orders below SEK 500: SEK 99
- Orders of SEK 500 or more: free shipping
European Union (excluding Sweden)
- Orders below EUR 50: EUR 20
- Orders of EUR 50 or more: free shipping
The shipping charge that applies to your order is displayed at checkout before payment.
Processing time
Our physical products are produced in Sweden, and many items are 3D printed on demand. Most orders ship sooner, but please allow up to two weeks for production and dispatch depending on current production volume. You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
Delivery time begins after the parcel has been handed to the carrier and varies by destination and carrier. Any delivery estimate provided by the carrier is an estimate and may be affected by events outside our control. Tracking information is sent when available.
Digital products
Digital STL files and other digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped as physical parcels. The download link is sent to the email address used for the order, normally within a few minutes. Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear.
Address changes
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after dispatch, contact info@oblankworks.com with your order number and relevant details. Please keep the product and packaging and include photographs when reporting transport damage.
Returns
Returns, withdrawal rights and refunds are governed by our Return and refund policy.
